I’m not a perfect person
Nor ever can I be.
If I strive my whole life long
Will still be beyond me.

“Aim for the stars and hit the moon,”
Ambitious people preach.
But do you really want a goal
That’s ever out of reach?

Will not be for perfection.
Though
I can aim for kindness that is
Real –
not affectation.

From now on, I am setting goals
