Oh, bravery of little bee,
Pursuing foe relentlessly:
Utterly fearless;
Courage that’s peerless.
Protecting first her family.
Oh the cowardliness of me,
Running, squealing away from bee.
She thinks me a bear.
She’s stuck in my hair!
Me so big and her – tiny.
The epic sagas they could write
Of her heroic mien and might;
The vanquished foe,
She’ll overthrow.
As I, still squealing, run from sight.
